Qualifications: 
Master's degree in Marketing , Business Administration, or related fields.

2+ years of relevant experience and understanding of the industry
_Great teamwork skills who could develop strong work relations both inside and outside.
_Ability to lead professional business meetings
_Must be able to travel on short notice (Overseas)

 

Job Requirements

_ Analyse performance of all other marketing channels.
_Providing analytical support as necessary. 
_Track competitive dynamics in the markets, spot trends to inform strategy.
_Verify, analyze, and understand available data and reports
_Provide regular updates on own market performance to Senior Management Team.
_Support the overall strategic thinking for Market Development function.
_Support key projects in Marketing, or other departments as needed.
_Good interpersonal skill
_Strong problem-solving skills

_Language: Strong communication skills, verbal and written, in both Thai and English
_Familiar with coffee industry, event and campaign planning is a big plus
_Experience in product management
_CS and PR management


2. Customer Relationship Management in (Espressoman Supply)

Responsibilities
_Ensure CS Quality Assurance by checking the answers given by customers 
_Handle escalated cases and customer complaints, and provide resolutions in a timely manner
_Help to conduct a variety of customer satisfaction activities including tracking metrics, quantitative and qualitative data gathering, analysis and initiative driving for improvement
_Able to complete special projects or other tasks as assigned

 

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
2+ years of experiences in customer service 
Good command of spoken and written English
Quick learner, analytic and logical thinking
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software application 
_Customer service oriented mind and can-do attitude
_Communication skill
_Time management with efficiency and accuracy
_Problem solving skill
_Attention to details

 

3. Administrative Assistant in (First Crack Limited)
